Cancellation & No Show Policy:

Clients who do not arrive for their appointment or have cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged £15 and will not be able to re-book until this has been paid.

 

Late Drop Off & Collection Policy:

If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us ASAP so that we are aware. Late arrivals have a knock on effect for other customers and where possible, we will aim to keep your appointment open for you. If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your appointment, you may incur the £15 cancellation fee.

We will always contact you 10-15 minutes before your pet is ready for collection. If you have not arrived within 30 minutes, there will be a doggy day care fee added to your bill of £5, plus £5 per 30 minutes after that.

 

De-matting Policy:

Under the Animal Welfare Act 2006, it is an offence to cause unnecessary suffering to any animal – this includes prolonged de-matting, which is painful and detrimental to the welfare of the dog. If the groomer finds your dog's coat to be matted, you will be asked to give permission to fully remove the coat. We will only ever do what is best for your pet. A de-matting or clip off fee will also apply at the discretion of the groomer.

 

Flea Policy:

If your pet is found to have fleas, you will be contacted and asked to collect the dog, to help prevent the spread to other customers. The full groom price will be charged plus a £10 flea charge. We will also advise you as to how to treat the infestation.

 

Aggressive Behaviour Policy:

If we are unable to groom your pet due to aggressive behaviour, you will be asked to collect your pet. The price for the service is dependent on how much work has been done.

Our prices are based on a regular 6-8 week appointment schedule. If your pet has not been groomed within this time, the price of the groom may increase.
